Hanson of Sonoma Distillery

Hanson of Sonoma Distillery and Tasting Room offers flights of organic grape-based vodka alongside craft cocktails in the heart of the Los Carneros AVA. Our newly built tasting room, with its industrial modern vibe and rustic, cozy touches, is open year-round. Enjoy tours and a behind-the-scenes look at our production facility, including a custom-built 50-plate pot and column still. Our innovative approach to vodka starts with organic grapes which are fermented into wine, and then distilled into vodka, creating a subtly sweet and super smooth taste. We then infuse our vodka with hand cut, organic ingredients like ginger, mandarin, meyer lemon, cucumber, and habañero. We offer tours, tastings, private events, and an in-depth educational experience in wine country. Walk-ins and reservations are both welcome. We will accept large parties with reservations.
