Visit Mumm Napa for their fall sparkling wine and cheese pairing class, hosted by a James Beard-winning cheese educator, Janet Fletcher and Mumm Napa winemaker, Tami Lotz. This class will feature six cheeses, four sparkling wines.

Fletcher, a life-long expert on cheeses, will share knowledge collected from her education in Provence, experience as a chef at Culinary Institute of America and as a journalist for the San Francisco Chronicle.
