Join us every Thursday from 6 pm to 9 pm for Thursday Night Live—an evening filled with wine, food, and live music! Admission is complimentary and seating is first come, first served. A curated list of Priest Ranch wines will be available for by-the-glass or by-the-bottle enjoyment while you snack on delicious dishes prepared by Executive Chef Dan Solomon and his team at The Kitchen at Priest Ranch!

Each Thursday evening, Chef Dan will offer a selection of beloved KPR favorites, complemented by an array of exquisite share plates designed to delight your senses. Our winemaker, Cody Hurd, will handpick a featured wine, available at a special price. And local musicians will provide live music, creating the perfect ambiance for a memorable evening with friends and family.

Local wine and cocktails, live DJs and the picturesque Carneros countryside come together to bring this quintessential poolside party to life. Starting July 7, join us on the first Sunday of every month as the Hilltop Pool is transformed into a buzzing poolside soirée.

Our Scenic Sundays include:

  • Afternoon spent at Carneros Resort and Spa’s vineyard-view adults-only Hilltop Pool from noon to 4 p.m.
  • Small bites by Executive Chef Jeffrey Jake; additional menu items can be purchased at Hilltop Dining Room
  • Sparkling wine or signature cocktail tastings by our featured partners
  • Cash bar for local wine, beer and cocktails
  • Local DJ for the perfect summer sounds and a lively afternoon in the sun

Texas Takes Napa Valley for a one-of-a-kind event under the stars in our Estate Cabernet Vineyard on October 19th. The evening will kick off with award winning Texas BBQ catered by Tim Biasotti of Biasotti BBQ, bringing you layers of flavor like no one else can. What goes better with legendary country music than 10 hour smoked Brisket with all the fixins? Slow cooked over oak wood, Tim brings a mouthwatering Texas style smoke BBQ with a unique twist.

Singer Songwriter Mark Powell will take the night away, singing and playing guitar bringing you chart topping country music. Offering the audience an authentic inside look at Texas Country music with stories of how their songs came to be, all while guests enjoy a seated dinner paired with a Pope Valley Wines.

Introducing FARM Fest, Carneros Resort and Spa’s family-friendly take on an open-air live music and BBQ experience. FARM Fest includes:

  • Evening on the Town Square lawn, framed by wine country views and the resort’s charming farmhouse architecture
  • Live bands ranging from rock and bluegrass to country
  • Carneros cookouts, including pig roasts, BBQs and more. Dinner tickets also include a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival
  • Cash bar for local wine, beer and cocktails at FARM Pavilion or Market
  • Bocce, lawn chess and other outdoor games to enjoy
  • Scenic flower-filled garden views at every turn

Guests are encouraged to arrive early and browse the resort’s adjacent shops and tasting rooms. Dinner is available for $75 for adults, including one glass of wine, and $25 for kids, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
